Jamie first visited us under our Ovo cover to fix a fault with our boiler that was left over from a previous plumber. He was extremely professional, personable and friendly, not to mention meticulous. After carefully working through the faults, he was able to find the cause of the problem and came back at the earliest opportunity with a replacement part to solve the problem. We have already had him back to fix an issue with our radiators! Can't recommend Jamie highly enough.
